This can, at times, be the hurdle that you fall down on. Whilst you may desperately want to start yoga classes, having the confidence to find one and get out there, can be tough.

Our advice is to research what you want to learn and what learning this skill could do for you. This will help you to set goals and they can start with finding a class, group or online course. Your next goal might be to save some money to be able to actually do this. Then you need to add in that you will join this class, sign up to the course or go along to the next group.

It can be a time riddled with anxiety and honestly, that is okay. We all have moments where we feel worried about how things will turn out. Pushing yourself to step out of your comfort zone is worth it. You’ll get to learn that things you desire and might even meet some like minded people along the way that share your passion!
