This is probably one of the best ways to just enjoy your day, having some fun with the kids. As much as children can be a drain on your energy and emotions at times, they are an absolute tonic. Their pure innocence and lack of inhibitions means they truely know how to just let go and enjoy themselves.

Hugs, laughter and love is the best way to make any day great, lift your mood or just be present in the moment. children offer this in abundance. so, pull out some games, shove on some music and dance, create something from old boxes, bake heart shaped cookies, go to the park, or just snuggle and watch a film.

Feel Good About Yourself

There is a multitude of ways to feel better about yourself. As a woman one of them is feeling good about how you look. This is not always easy, in fact sometimes it can be extremely difficult. At times though a little tweak here and there can do you wonders. Dying your hair, getting a haircut, buying yourself a new piece of clothing you love or perhaps a new lipstick.

I always find that if my skin feels and looks good, I feel better about myself, One area I tend to neglect though is my lips. I don’t know why, they just always seem to be forgotten. Not this year though! This year I have s lovely new lip treatment, that not only leaves my lips feeling wonderful, it looks great too.

Evolve Bio-Retinol Glossy Lip Oil is a lip treatment with a slight tint. It is packed with fantastic ingredients that work to hydrate, protect and plump up the lips. Some of the ingredients include Kalahari Melon Oil, Hyaluronic Acid and Peppermint & Lime essential oils. It smells gorgeous and feels silky. Usually with a glossy lip treatment of any kind, I find them overly sticky and just irritating, but this feels comfortable and lucious. Healthy, refreshed looking lips, with a rosey glow are a winner!
