Art is a powerful way to engage the brain and can be an extremely mindful activity. Being in the moment whilst you are being creative has so many benefits and we wanted to harness that with The Wonder Sketchbook.

Some of the ways that drawing can boost your mood and improve your mental health are increased concentration and a sense of accomplishment, even a little humour. You can find out more in our Doodle A Day Challenge, about the benefits of getting arty and how to take part in our fun activity.

Here at The Wonderment we have a few creative types and we wanted to get everyone involved in being mindful and sharing that with you! This is not just the team, but our guest authors, interviewees and brands that we work with. Everyone is welcome and we hope this will become a fantastic gallery showcasing what a few minutes of creativity can achieve, as well as having fun whilst giving your mental health a boost.

So, please feel free to scroll (eventually) through all of the offerings so far and remember to come back often to see the new additions!

Do you like to draw? What other mindful activities do you enjoy? Let us know over on our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Don’t forget to have a look at The Wonder Playlist, The Wonder Bookshelf and The Wonder Self-Care Checklist for more inspiration and ideas from the team and our guests!
