Today we are extremely excited to announce the launch of our new podcast series, What The Mental Health? Or WTMH? for short. We are celebrating, so not only are we launching a brand new series of interviews with experts and brands, but a competition that is just simply out of this world.

What The Mental Health?

What The Mental Health? is a conversational podcast where we sit and have a chat about mental health. It can be a minefield at times to work out what is happening with your thoughts and feelings, we feel that too. We will be having frank conversations, discussing a variety of topics and maybe have a splash of comedy thrown in.

You can find WTMH? on Apple Podcasts and the first episode ‘Introductions’ is live right now! Simply search What The Mental Health? We aim to have a new episode for you each week. If we think it’s relevant we will also have an article to run alongside it.

Currently there are three members of The Wonderment Team featured on the podcast, but we hope to have guests and interviewees, very soon!

WTMH? Series

Our series to celebrate the launch of WTMH? is fantastic, if we do say so ourselves. We have interviewed a number of wonderful people. Each of them have something special to offer by way of helping with people’s mental health. This is sometimes more indirect than others, but never-the-less important.

We will be talking about their products, books and expertise, as well as putting our Wonder Collection questions to each person.

Taking a look at many areas of our lives, where how we feel might need a helping hand. We are talking about self-care, lifestyle, wellbeing and of course a more positive mindset, with a sprinkling of wonder!
