Everyone gets a warm fuzzy feeling when they win something, so we thought it would be a great idea to run a couple of competitions to help you get that little positive boost to your day. You could win a copy of Happy by Fearne Cotton!

We came across this lovely, vibrant book when completing our £10 Charity Shop Challenge recently. As we managed to grab ourselves quite a few fantastic bargains that would all go towards filling our lives with a little bit of wonder and boosting our mental health, we decided to see if you might like to have this book instead!

Fearne Cotton has been held up in recent years as someone who is trying to break the stigma around mental health. She has openly discussed how she herself has struggled with depression and wanted to try to help, not only herself but those around her. We can certainly get on board with that logic.

Happy is a book that is filled with ways in which you can search for that happiness in life, with a little help. There is also lots of helpful advice from Mind, an incredible mental health charity.

The book is packed with not just information an advice, but features conversations with Fearne, exercises and an element of journaling. It isn’t your standard pick up and read book, it is rather interactive. Not to mention its bright colourful cover that echoes the sentiment of Happy throughout.
